1. Overview

At FLYHOPE INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED (“FLYHOPE”, “we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our highest priorities.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from https://flyhope.in may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the technical and high-value nature of DJI drones and related products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit

  • The product is non-functional upon delivery

  • Incorrect product was delivered

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (clear, continuous recording)

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.


B. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Share product images and packaging details

  • Item must remain unused and sealed

We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct product.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Activated or used drones

  • Opened drone batteries

  • Software-activated products

  • Special-order or pre-order items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products without serial number or tampered seal

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, drone batteries once opened cannot be returned.


4. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Price difference after purchase

  • Compatibility issues (unless incorrectly listed by us)

Customers are advised to verify product specifications before placing an order.


5. Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to:

  • Verification by our technical team

  • Inspection of returned product

  • Manufacturer approval (if required)

If the issue qualifies under manufacturer warranty, the product may be serviced through an authorized DJI service center instead of replacement.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only when:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is out of stock

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

  • Return request is approved after inspection

Refund Processing Time:

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Credited via original payment method

  • Bank processing may take additional 3–10 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch — Full refund

  • After dispatch — Cancellation not allowed

  • Custom or special-order items — Cannot be cancelled

FLYHOPE reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Regulatory restrictions


8. Warranty Claims (DJI Products)

All DJI products are covered under manufacturer warranty as per DJI India policies.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage (outside IP rating conditions)

  • Crash damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Improper firmware usage

Warranty service may require product inspection at authorized DJI service centers.


9. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at info@flyhope.in

  2. Mention Order ID and issue details

  3. Attach:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for DOA claims)

    • Product images

    • Invoice copy

Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Do not ship products back without written approval.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


10. Reverse Pickup

If approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable)

  • Customer must securely pack product

  • All original accessories must be included

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to ship the product to our registered address.


11. Risk & Inspection

Returned products undergo:

  • Physical inspection

  • Serial number verification

  • Functional testing

If product is found used, damaged, or incomplete, return request may be denied.


12. Limitation of Liability

FLYHOPE shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of business

  • Data loss

  • Misuse of drone products

  • Regulatory penalties

Customers are responsible for compliance with DGCA India drone regulations.
