1. What is Flyhope.in?
Flyhope.in is an India-based online marketplace specializing in drones and creator accessories. We offer everything from beginner and toy drones to professional DJI models, action cameras, gimbals, and custom FPV (First Person View) drone solutions.
2. Are the products sold genuine?
Yes! We supply a vast catalog of 100% genuine DJI drones, parts, and accessories, along with high-quality FPV components from trusted global manufacturers.
3. Do I need a license to fly a drone in India?
It depends on the weight of your drone. Nano drones (weighing under 250 grams, like the DJI Mini series) generally do not require a license or registration for recreational use. Micro drones and above (over 250g) require a UIN (Unique Identification Number) via the Digital Sky platform. We always recommend checking the latest DGCA guidelines before flying.
4. I am a beginner. Which drone should I buy?
For beginners and casual vloggers, we recommend compact, sub-250g models like the DJI Neo, DJI Mini 2 SE, or DJI Mini 4K because they are easy to fly and compliant with Nano drone rules. If you are on a strict budget, we also offer beginner-friendly toy drones starting from ₹4,999.
5. What is the difference between FPV and standard DJI drones?
Standard drones (like the DJI Mavic or Mini) are designed for easy, stabilized cinematic footage with features like hovering and obstacle avoidance. FPV (First Person View) drones are flown using video goggles for a highly immersive, high-speed, and acrobatic experience. FPV requires more skill and practice but offers unparalleled creative freedom.

7. What does "Fly More Combo" mean?
A "Fly More Combo" is a bundle offered by DJI that typically includes the drone, the controller, plus highly useful extras like 2-3 additional batteries, a multi-battery charging hub, spare propellers, and a carrying case. It is usually much more cost-effective than buying these accessories separately.
8. Do you build custom FPV drones?
Yes! Building custom FPV systems is one of our core services. We tailor builds to your exact specifications, handling everything from frames and motors to flight controllers, VTX, and final PID tuning.
9. Do you sell drone parts and replacement batteries?
Absolutely. We stock a wide variety of replacement parts including propellers, frames, arms, landing gear, ND filters, intelligent flight batteries, fast chargers, and more.
10. Do you offer drone repair services?
Yes, crashing is a normal part of flying! We have professional technicians who provide fast, reliable, and transparent repair and maintenance services to get your drone back in the air safely.
11. Can you help me bind my FPV controller to my drone?
Yes. Our technical support team can guide you through the binding protocols for various systems including ELRS, Crossfire, and DJI O3.
12. Do you have a physical retail store?
We operate primarily as an online marketplace to serve customers pan-India efficiently, but our dedicated support team is always available digitally to assist you as if you were in-store.

Shipping & Payments

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Net Banking, and offer EMI options at checkout to make purchasing your dream drone easier.
14. How long does delivery take?
For standard in-stock items, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code in India. Custom FPV builds take a little longer (usually 7-14 days) as they require assembly, tuning, and testing before dispatch.
15. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all eligible orders over a specific cart value. Please check the banner on our homepage or our shipping policy at checkout for the current minimum order requirement.
16. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and WhatsApp message containing your AWB (Airway Bill) number and a tracking link to monitor your package in real-time.
17. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Flyhope.in exclusively serves and ships to addresses within India.

Warranty, Returns & Support

18. Do the drones come with a warranty?
Yes. DJI products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. For custom FPV builds, individual components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, and we rigorously test every custom build before shipping it to you.
19. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy. Custom FPV builds cannot be cancelled once assembly has begun.
20. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a replacement or refund for eligible items that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. An unboxing video is required for all claims. Please review the official "Return Policy" page on our footer for full terms and conditions.
